The series also stars PR executive Samantha Jones, who’s seen - and done - it all; Charlotte York, still trying to hold on the idea of happily ever after; and a corporate lawyer and mother Miranda Hobbes, a pragmatist trying to balance the idea of love with the realities of life.
Nominated for more than 50 Emmy Awards and 24 Golden Globe Awards, Sex and the City was the first cable show to take top honors in the comedy series category. The series still airs in syndication worldwide and spawned two feature films, remaining highly relevant in today’s market.
