Hasbro's Play-Doh brand has partnered with Heinz for a new daily prize draw promotion that will run until mid-December. Running on Heinz Pasta multipacks, the promotion will include limited edition labels featuring the playful Play-Doh brand and characters. The promotion will give entrants the chance to enter a prize draw to win one of 50 Play-Doh prizes every day. As well as running on Heinz multipack products, the campaign will be promoted across the Heinz UK website as well as Play-Doh and Heinz social channels, with the packs available on shelves between October 23rd and December 17th. “We are thrilled to be teaming up with such an established brand as Heinz to give families the chance to enjoy both the creativity and nostalgia of two family favourites,” commented Craig Wilkins, Marketing Director Hasbro UK & Ireland. Brook Aspden, brand manager for Heinz Pasta, added: “This exciting promotion combines two brands that are already well-loved by UK families. Collaborating with the Play-Doh brand is perfect way to help us deliver more smiles at mealtimes!” Since its debut in 1956, Play-Doh has sold more than 3 billion cans of the compound and has reported a 32% increase in 2015. It is also the top selling property in the arts & crafts category tracked by research firm NPD, in the U.S. as well as a handful of markets abroad.
