After the acquisition of British luxury car maker Jaugar Lan Rover, Tata Group is now looking to expand. The conglomerate is said to be in conversation with Chinese car makers Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co. and BMW AG. According to a recent report by ET it is clear that Tata has not settled on the Chinese partners for now and are open to approach other potential partners. The collaboration comes in cue to save costs incurred on JLR and help with innovation and development. Months ago, a similar alliance between Volkswagen AG and Ford Motors to collaborate on electric and autonomous vehicles was reported.
